Terms of Service

These Terms apply to every purchase from Kamil Collectibles Pty Ltd, "we", "us", through www.kamicollectibles.com.au. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Products we sell

  1. Sealed products include booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, collection boxes, bundles and any other factory-sealed product ("Sealed Products").
  2. Randomised contents. The cards inside Sealed Products are randomly distributed by the manufacturer. We do not open, weigh, search, select or alter Sealed Products, and we have no knowledge of or control over their contents.
  3. No guaranteed pulls. Pull rates, rarities and "chase" cards are set by the manufacturer and are never guaranteed. A pack or box that contains no rare, valuable or desired card is not faulty and is functioning as sold.
  4. Singles are individual cards. We describe condition using the universally agreed grading standards: Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged. Please refer to photos before purchasing.
  5. Graded cards are sold as graded by the third-party company shown (for example PSA, BGS, CGC). We do not guarantee any grade, and subsequent resubmission results are not our responsibility.

2. Card values

Card prices on the secondary market change constantly. We make no promise about what any card, pack or product is worth now or in future. Products are sold for play and collecting, not as investments.

3. Orders and pricing

  1. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
  2. An order is accepted only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, for stock errors, suspected fraud or reseller activity, or an obvious pricing error.
  3. Purchase limits. We may set per-customer limits on high-demand products. Orders that exceed a limit, including across multiple accounts or addresses, may be reduced or cancelled with a refund of the difference.

4. Pre-orders

  1. Release dates and allocations are set by manufacturers and distributors and may change.
  2. If our allocation is cut, pre-orders are filled in order of purchase. Any unfilled quantity is refunded in full.
  3. Any cancellation of a pre-order will be subject to a 10% restocking and administration fee (refer to Returns and Refund Policy).

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all orders placed through your account. You must be 18 or older to hold an account, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. We do not store full card details. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may lead to account suspension while we investigate.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any product is limited to replacing it, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the price paid. We are not liable for indirect loss, including loss of expected card value or resale profit. This does not limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual property

Game names, logos and card artwork belong to their respective owners. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any publisher unless stated.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. The version on our website when you place an order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
