All items purchased through the Kamil Collectibles Pty Ltd website are sold and shipped as sealed products unless otherwise clearly stated on the product listing.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched between 1-3 business days.
During peak periods, product launches, major sales, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be extended. Our team works carefully to ensure that all orders are packed securely and accurately.
Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping methods, and the available options will be presented during checkout.
We do not currently offer untracked shipping methods for low value sealed products or single trading cards. This is to ensure all orders arrive.
Shipping Destinations
Kamil Collectibles Pty Ltd currently only ships to Australia and New Zealand. Available shipping locations will be shown at checkout.
International Orders
If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us to see if an exemption can be made.
For all approved international orders, the corresponding customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, tariffs, or other fees that may apply when the order enters the destination country.
Kamil Collectibles Pty Ltd does not cover, reimburse, or control these fees. Customs requirements and charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
We will accurately describe shipments in line with the items purchased but cannot control or predict any customs processing times, charges, or import requirements.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.
Please check your junk or spam folders to ensure shipping notifications have not been filtered by your email provider.
Delivery Time

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Insurance
A standard insurance allowance of up to $100 may be included with eligible tracked shipments, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant shipping carrier.
If you would like additional insurance to cover the full value of your order, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Additional insurance may be available at an extra cost and will be calculated based on the order value, destination, and carrier requirements.
Kamil Collectibles Pty Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or carrier issue that exceeds the standard included insurance amount where additional insurance has not been requested and paid for prior to dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Kamil Collectibles Pty Ltd takes care to ensure items are packaged securely and protected for transit.
Once an order has been dispatched, the parcel is in the care of the shipping carrier. Kamil Collectibles Pty Ltd is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the relevant shipping carrier directly to lodge an enquiry or claim. For Australian orders, this will generally be Australia Post unless another carrier has been used.
Where a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Kamil Collectibles Pty Ltd is not responsible for theft, loss, or missing parcels after delivery.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Kamil Collectibles Pty Ltd is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for the parcel to be resent.
